Manage your subscriber accounts

Subscriber accounts are the end-users that subscribe to your tariffs to access streaming content. MinistraPRO supports household accounts, A household account is a single account with multiple associated streaming devices.

The Accounts > Accounts list screen displays a list of all of the accounts you have in the system.

What you can do with subscriber accounts

You can do the following with your subscriber accounts:

  • Create a new account. You can create an account from the Accounts > Accounts list.

  • View account details, including the devices linked to the account and the purchases made by the account.

    Information

Devices are added automatically when a viewer logs in on a device. The number of devices that can log in to MinistraPRO for each account is determined by the Max devices value set in the tariff plan associated with the account.

If an account exceeds the device limit, the MinistraPRO end-user application displays a Device limit reached error. For an account to access MinistraPRO on another device, an administrator needs to remove one of the devices associated with the account in the MinistraPRO administrator panel.

If an account switches to a tariff with a lower device limit, associated devices with the oldest creation time are deleted until the limit is no longer exceeded.
