Events are the actions that an administrator can conduct remotely on end-user devices.

The time-to-live setting allows you to schedule an event to occur at a later time.
Send a message
You can send a message to viewers using a system event. In MinistraPRO, messages refer to the text that is displayed in the MinistraPRO end-user applications.
A message event can also be set to trigger the following actions:

Reboot reboots the STB Set-top box after the user selects OK on their device.

Post-function triggers an action after the user selects OK on their device.
Message templates
You can use a message template to fill in the message header and message text that are displayed.
You can create a message template on the + Create new message template button.

Restart the portal
You can trigger a restart of the MinistraPRO end-user application on a device.
