Migrating to MinistraPRO
This page outlines some things to be aware of if you are migrating to MinistraPRO from Ministra.
Migrate your database from Ministra
If you are migrating from Ministra, you can contact support to migrate your database to MinistraPRO.
Enable one account to stream to multiple devices
A feature of MinistraPRO is the ability to create a single subscriber account, referred to as a household, which can allow streaming to multiple devices. In Ministra, each account could only stream to a single device.

If your database was migrated from Ministra, your accounts data are migrated but not modified. You might have multiple accounts for a single subscriber, each account linked to a separate device. You can continue to use MinistraPRO with separate accounts for each device.
If you want to consolidate multiple accounts for a subscriber into a single account, you must do this manually.
To consolidate multiple accounts for a single subscriber
Information
In order to use multiple devices for a single subscriber, you must have at least one tariff plan that allows multiple devices.

Navigate to .

Select the name of the primary account.

Change the tariff to an appropriate tariff that allows multiple devices.

Save your changes.

On the Accounts screen, select the check boxes for the other accounts related to that subscriber.

At the top of the list, select to disable the accounts.
