Resellers dashboard

Operators using MinistraPRO can expand their customer base by offering smaller operators access to their content. These smaller operators, called resellers, offer the content they access from an operator to their own subscriber accounts.

The Resellers dashboard allows operators to manage their resellers, and resellers to manage their subscriber accounts. The Resellers dashboard is a web-based application separate to the MinistraPRO administrator panel.

Using the Resellers dashboard

The Resellers dashboard allows operators to do the following:

• Create and manage their resellers

• Create users and assign the following roles:

  • Administrator: The user can manage their resellers and the accounts belonging to their resellers

  • Reseller: The user can manage the subscriber accounts belonging to the reseller

• Create subscriber accounts

• Manage their subscriber accounts and the subscriber accounts of their resellers

• Create tariff plans

• Create and manage their users, for example, employees of the reseller who need access to the Resellers dashboard

• Create and manage their subscriber accounts

• View the tariff plans they can access and offer to end users
