Resellers dashboard for resellers

Create additional user accounts, for example, for your employees who need to access the Resellers dashboard.

You can also manage your subscriber accounts, and view the list of tariff plans to which you have access and can offer to your end users.

To create a user account

Create a user account to give the user access to the Resellers dashboard.

  1. Navigate to Users.

  2. Select Create.

  3. In Email, add an email address for the user.

  4. In Password, add a password for the user.

  5. Make the user active by moving the Status slider to the right.

  6. In Roles, select Reseller.

  7. In Reseller, from the drop-down, select the name of your reseller account.

  8. Select Save.

Create a subscriber account

Create a subscriber account for your end users.

  1. Navigate to Households.

  2. Select Create and provide the relevant information:

    Setting

    Description

    Login

    The login for the subscriber account.

    Account number

    The account number for the subscriber account.

    Password

    The password for the subscriber account.

    Status

    The status of the subscriber account.

    Information

    You must make account active by moving the Status slider to the right.

    Reseller

    The reseller for which you are creating the subscriber account.

    From the drop-down, select the name of the reseller.

    First name

    The first name for the subscriber account.

    Last name

    The second name for the subscriber account.

    Middle name

    The middle name for the subscriber account.

    Phone

    The telephone number for the subscriber account.

    Balance

    The balance of the subscriber account.

    Comment

    Allows you to add a comment about the subscriber account.

    Tariff

    The tariff plan that applies to the subscriber account.

    From the drop-down, select the tariff plan.

    Master pin

    The account PIN for viewing restricted content.

    Parent pin

    The account PIN for restricting child viewing.

  3. Select Save.

    The subscriber account is added to the list.

Edit a subscriber account

Edit the subscriber accounts you have created.

  1. Navigate to Households.

  2. For the household you want to edit, in the Actions column, select the pen icon.

  3. Provide the relevant information.

  4. Select Save.

View tariff plans

View the list of tariff plans to which you have access.

Information

You cannot create a new tariff plan, or change which tariff plans you can access.

  • Navigate to Tariffs.

    The list of tariffs you can allocate to reseller is displayed.
