Subscriber accounts

Subscriber accounts are the end-users that subscribe to your tariffs to access streaming content. Ministra Pro supports household accounts. A household account is a single account with multiple associated streaming devices.

The Accounts > Accounts list screen displays a list of all of the accounts you have in the system.

What you can do with subscriber accounts

You can do the following with your subscriber accounts:

• Create a new account.

• View the list of existing accounts.

• Edit, deactivate, reactivate, or delete, an existing account

• View the list of devices associated with your subscriber accounts.

• Group accounts together.

  You can filter accounts by group in Accounts > Accounts list.
• Allow STBs to log in automatically.
