Adding max sessions exceptions
Create a filter and specify the conditions under which the maximum number of sessions configured for an account does not apply.
After you create a filter, you must add it to a service package, and add that service package to the tariff plan the account is subscribed to.
To add an exception
- Create the filter and add the conditions under which the max sessions limit does not apply.
For example, to add a country as an exception, select Device Country Code, and add the country code.

- Navigate to Tariffs > Service packages.
- Select + Add package.
- In Package Name, add a name for the service package.
- In Service, select service.
- In the Available section, select Max Session Control.
- In the Included in the Package section, next to Max Session Control, select .
- From the Multi-filter selection list, select the name of the filter, and select Save.
- Select Save.
- Add the service package to the tariff plan.
- Navigate to Tariffs > Tariff plans.
- Select the name of the tariff plan.
- In the Service Package field, select the service package to which you added the filter.
- Select Save.
The max sessions exception is added to the account.
