New features​

  • The audio and subtitle language selected by a user are now retained when switching between TV channels.

  • A new device information screen shows the details about the device and the application.

  • Parental control settings now allow users to hide the EPG for age-restricted channels.

  • For NPVR, the account PIN is required to access recordings of age-restricted content.

  • The following languages are now supported:

    • Estonian

    • Hungarian

Improvements​

  • Welcome screen and localization

    • The welcome screen now supports configurable logo placement.

    • Month and weekday names now display in the language selected by the user.

  • TV Channels and TV Guide

    • The TV Channels (Classic) layout now features refreshed designs for channel cards, the preview area, and the EPG list.

    • White TV channel logos now have better visibility across the TV Channels view.

    • The TV Guide now features improved alignment for previews, titles, spacing, and the NOW line.

    • The TV Guide now includes a date filter for browsing the EPG by day of the week.

    • In the TV Guide, time row styling and date‑boundary arrows are now improved for visual consistency.

    • The EPG for a TV channel now displays improved alignment across the header, date filter, program cards, and icons.

    • On the program information page, back navigation and notification behaviour is improved.

  • Radio

    • The layout alignment for cards, titles, and the logo container on the radio screen is improved.

  • Dialogs and error messaging

    • The sign‑out dialog now uses updated text alignment and typography.

    • The exit screen layout now displays improved spacing and alignment.

    • The exit timeout screen now uses updated layout and spacing guidelines.

    • Login error dialogs now use more specific messaging and an updated visual style.

  • Controls

    • Playback control elements now use updated sizing and visual styling.

    • Parental control UI elements are now displayed in search results for age‑restricted content.

  • VOD

    • Episode and movie time durations now display in both the listings and the program or movie detail screen.

    • The abbreviation for minutes is now standardized across VOD screens.

Bug fixes​

  • TV Guide:

    • Fixed an issue with the notification bell icon styling in the preview text and side menu.

    • Fixed an issue where channel cells did not display a placeholder.

    • Fixed an issue that caused incorrect focus navigation between the preview pane, date row, and channel list.

    • Fixed an issue where date limits were not enforced when navigating the EPG table.

    • Fixed an issue that prevented the scroll position from staying aligned to the current time when changing the EPG date.

  • Playback:

    • Fixed an issue that caused the application to crash when opening the Quality options from the player.

    • Fixed an issue that caused the application to freeze when entering full screen on a non‑working channel.

    • Fixed an issue where closed captions remained enabled, and selecting None was not saved.

    • Fixed an issue where the progress bar became inactive when opening a live channel from the EPG.

    • Fixed an issue where the time and progress information did not restart when a live program ended and switched to the next one.

    • Fixed an issue that prevented Timeshift TV from searching closer to the live program on the first attempt.

    • Fixed an issue where the application crashed when applying subtitle or quality changes.

    • Fixed an issue where the channel logo size changed unexpectedly when the parental PIN prompt appeared.

    • Fixed an issue where audio from the previous channel continued playing when the parental PIN prompt was shown, or after minimizing or switching modules.

  • Parental control:

    • Fixed an issue where an updated parental PIN was not saved after restarting the application.

    • Fixed an issue where the parental PIN prompt did not display when opening age-restricted content from a notification.

  • Player:

    • Fixed an issue with the Up and Down channel switching direction in full‑screen mode.

  • TV Channels:

    • Fixed an issue where the genre bar was positioned incorrectly when navigating to the last genre.

  • Search:

    • Fixed an issue where the Back to Top button displayed unnecessarily, tooltips were outdated, and the section title was misaligned.

  • Login:

    • Fixed an issue where the Next button was enabled before both the login and password fields were populated.

  • VOD:

    • Fixed an issue where playback did not restart from the beginning after a movie finished.
