Enabling automatic DRM configuration
The Ministra Pro backend can automatically configure digital rights management (DRM) to protect your VOD files and IPTV streams from unauthorized access.
Automatic DRM configuration is available on Flussonic streaming servers.

Automatic DRM configuration setup
- Configure the Flussonic streaming server.
Add a new Flussonic streaming server, or edit an existing Flussonic streaming server. - Enable DRM for the output stream.
Select the configured Flussonic streaming server for the output stream you want to protect.
To configure the Flussonic streaming server
- Navigate to Streaming servers > Servers list.
- Add a streaming server, or edit an existing one.
Read about adding a streaming server - In Use stream-server API, select Flussonic, and add the credentials.
- Select Save.
The streaming server is configured.
To enable DRM for the output stream

Before you enable DRM for the output stream, make sure you have created a DRM group.
- Navigate to IPTV channels > Channels.
- Open a channel by selecting its name in the Title column.
- In the Output streams section, add an output stream or edit an existing one.
Read about output stream details - In the DRM section, do the following:
- Select the Enable DRM check box.
- In DRM Group, select the DRM group.
- In DRM Type, select the DRM type.
- In the Load Balancing section, do the following:
- Select the Enable load balancing check box.
- In Streaming servers, select the configured Flussonic streaming server.
- Select Save.
Automatic DRM is now enabled for the output stream.
