Creating sections
Sections help you organize the content included in a VOD screen, or in a home screen. For example, you can create sections to organize horror films into Supernatural horror, Slasher, and Vampire, or create a section with films added over the past year.
You can create and modify sections, and control how the device displays them. After you create a section, you add it to multiple screens.
To create a section
- Navigate to Sections.
- Select + Create section.
- In the Add section screen, add the relevant data.
Get detailed information on the available settings - Select Save.
The section is added to the list of sections.
Section details

| Internal name | The name of the screen as displayed in the Ministra Pro administrator panel. |
| Name <language code> | The name of the screen as displayed in the streaming application, in multiple languages. |
| Content | The type of content you want to add to the section, for example, movies, or TV channels. The following options are available for VOD and home screens:
