Creating accounts

Create a subscriber account to allow an end user access to streaming content.

To create an account

1. Navigate to Accounts > Accounts list .

2. Select Add account.

3. Add the relevant data for the account.

   Get detailed information on the available settings

4. Select Save.

   The account is added to the list of accounts.

Account details

Setting	Description
Login	The login for the account.
Password	The password for the account.
Group	Allows you to add the account to a group. Information If the group to which you want to add the account is not listed, you must create the group. Read about Creating account groups
Tariff Plan	The tariff plan allocated to the account. Read about Creating tariff plans
Balance	Allows account information to be matched with an external billing api. The value can be set through the billing api.
Status	The status of the account. The default value is active.
Parent pin	The Personal Identification Number (PIN) used for accessing age-restricted content.
Master pin	The main Personal Identification Number (PIN) used for the account. Information The Master pin feature is not currently available.
First name	The first name of the person responsible for the account.
Last name	The last name of the person responsible for the account.
Middle name	The middle name of the person responsible for the account.
Phone	The telephone number of the person responsible for the account.
Auth phone	The telephone number to which one-time passwords (OTPs) are sent.
Email	The email address of the person responsible for the account.
External id	The identification number for identifying and operating the account through the billing api. The value must be alphanumeric and cannot be changed.
Comments	Allows you to add comments about the account.
