Managing accounts
View or edit your subscriber accounts. For example, you can view the service packages that are enabled or disabled for an account, update the details for an account, or remove a device that is linked to an account.
You can also deactivate or reactivate an account, or delete an account that is no longer used.

To view the details for an account

Navigate to

From the list, in the Login column, select the account you want to view.

Select the relevant tab to view the details. For example, to see the devices associated with the account, select the Device tab.
To edit an account

Navigate to
. -
Hover over the details of the account you want to edit, and select
.

From the drop-down, select Edit.

Update the relevant data for the account.

Select Save.
To remove a device associated with an account

Navigate to
. -
From the list, in the Login column, select the account from which you want to remove a device.

Hover over the details of the device you want to remove, and select
.

From the drop-down, select Edit.

In the popup that opens, select OK.
To deactivate an account

Navigate to
. -
From the list, in the Login column, select the account you want to deactivate.

In the Account tab, clear the Status option.
The account is deactivated.
To activate an account

Navigate to
. -
From the list, in the Login column, select the account you want to activate.

In the Account tab, select the Status option.
The account is activated.
To delete an account

Navigate to
. -
Hover over the details of the account you want to delete, and select
.

From the drop-down, select Delete.

In the popup that opens, select OK.
The account is no longer available.
